Avocom Group has announced the appointment of Professor Carmelo Massimo De Iuliis as Senior Of Counsel in its Corporate Governance, Banking & Financial Markets practice.
The appointment strengthens the group’s work in corporate governance, banking law, financial markets and complex corporate transactions. De Iuliis brings experience in the banking sector, legal practice and university teaching.
