He has developed an unmatched know-how in providing advice on extraordinary domestic and cross-border transactions, with a strong track-record in assisting Italian clients (included listed companies and private equity funds) in the internationalization of their activities.
He assisted, in particular, purchasers, sellers, majority and minority shareholders, financing banks, financial advisors, and liaising with competent Authorities, entrepreneurs, boards of directors and leadership teams of different institutions as well as with government counterparties. He has collaborated, as a reference consultant for the EMEA Area, for several years with the World Bank Group and, in particular, with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the International Development Agency.
